If you subscribe to the Romeo & Dye print publications or have ever dug around a little on this website, you know that all of our Section 16 materials are published by E.P. Executive Press, which is owned by its founder and well-known securities law guru, Jesse Brill. Now, some 40 years after Jesse started Executive Press, the company is changing its name to CCRcorp, which stands for Corporate Counsel Resources. So, you’ll see a new name and a new corporate logo on the Section 16 publications.
Executive Press produces a lot more than just Section 16 content, of course, and counts among its offerings The Corporate Counsel newsletter as well TheCorporateCounsel.net, CompensationStandards.com, and DealLawyers.com. The name change will be reflected in all of those places.
Peter and I will continue to update the Section 16 community in all the ways we always have. And speaking of, we expect to get the 2019 Deskbook to the printer in the next month or so, and to complete a new edition of the Section 16 Treatise, last updated in 2012, later this year.
